Central Festival 的第二个柜台
Central Festival Chiangmai 2楼还有第二个柜台，开放时间 09:00 到 17:00；电话是 065-765-7029。这里列出的业务有旅游停留延期（免签入境）、90天报到和再入境许可。名录没有说明某一天哪个柜台受理旅游停留延期（免签入境），所以去之前先打电话。

办事处办哪些业务
旅游停留延期（免签入境）
免签入境的游客可以申请最多再停留30天。要在停留期结束前申请；批不批由官员决定。
- TM.7 表格，贴一张照片。
- 护照原件加一份复印件。
- 签好的签证逾期处罚确认书。
- 费用是 1,900泰铢。
材料齐全后大约要40分钟。完整步骤见如何在清迈办理旅游停留延期（免签入境）。
90天报到
每90天必须向入境管理局报告住址，时间从到期前15天到到期后7天。逾期报到要本人到场，并罚款 2,000泰铢。
在柜台交护照和 TM.47 表格，如果有上次的回执也一起交。官员登记信息后给你一张写有下次日期的回执；大约要4分钟。也可以用挂号信或网上报到，但网上报到必须在到期日前至少7天提交。除逾期报到外，可以请别人代办。完整步骤：清迈90天报到。
再入境许可
单次再入境许可 1,000泰铢，多次 3,800泰铢。本人到场提交 TM.8 表格，附一张 4x6 厘米照片。没有再入境许可就离开泰国，获准的停留期就作废了。
TM.30，住宿通知
房东、楼管或酒店在你入住后二十四小时内提交这份通知；这是他们的义务，不是你的。问问他们报了没有，也可以看住宿通知指南。没报的话罚款最高 2,000泰铢，酒店经理是 2,000泰铢到 10,000泰铢。可以本人提交、挂号邮寄或网上提交。
逾期停留
罚款是每天 500泰铢，逾期40天及以上最高 20,000泰铢。
优先通道和网上服务
老年人、残疾人和需要特别帮助的人办延期时优先办理，生病的外国人也有自己的优先通道。
官网首页只对部分签证类别提供 e-Extension 网上延期。免签入境的人是否符合条件尚未确认；见泰国 e-Extension 网上延期。网上排队预约只针对劳务服务，所以办旅游停留延期（免签入境）要在入口处询问。步骤见如何在清迈办理旅游停留延期（免签入境）。

这项义务在房主、房屋所有人、住所持有人或酒店经理身上，不在外国人身上。通知要在外国人入住后二十四小时内提交。

Going to the immigration office for a 30 day tourist visa extension. Words of Wisdom? It opens at 8:30. Will there be a line? What words of advice do you have for my quest?

Go early like 7:15 am. You get the first number ticket to check your paperwork. If at 8:30 you might not get in till into the afternoon. Have all paperwork ready and cash ready. Dress decently.

Either way it doesn’t take hours, if you have all your paperwork in hand it’s generally in and out within 1 hour

Can i extend visa at any Immigration office? I’m currently residing at my gf’s house which is in chiang rai province but actually closer to chiang mai. My question is can I extend at chiang mai or should I have to go to chiang rai? I just ask because I want to spend the weekend in chiang rai and would be much easier for me. I have a TM30 for my stay at my gf’s house, but if I stay the weekend at a hotel in chiang mai wouldn’t I get a TM30 from their anyway?

Pretty sure you have to go to the immigration office where your TM30 is filed So if he’s staying at a hotel in CM he can apply there

If you go to Chiang Mai for the weekend any hotel there will register your stay, and you can get a copy of that TM30. You can use that to extend your stay at the Immigration Office in Chiang Mai. You can't use the old one from Chiang Rai. You generally need to use the Immigration Office in the province you are registered to reside. Currently that would be Chiang Rai but if you check into a hotel in Chiang Mai then that will be your new place and you can use the Immigration Office there.

Promenade closed. There is a satellite office at Central Festival but it doesn't offer all the services as the main office near the airport.

My agent, whose office is directly across from the Airport immigration office, used the Central festival office this year (I believe because it's a bit quieter, and she seems to be able to book appointments there are wwll, so less waiting around when it gets busy) The Mall opens at 10 or 11 (I forget exactly which time, I think it's 10) but there is a door right beside the location where the immigration office is that opens much earlier.
