延期要到柜台办理
清迈入境管理局地址是71 Moo 3, Sanam Bin (Airport) Road, Suthep, Mueang, Chiang Mai 50200。带上TM.7表格、护照原件和一份复印件，并缴纳1,900泰铢。先在入境管理局的电子服务页面网上预约排队。尚泰清迈购物中心2楼还有一个柜台也办理旅游停留延期（免签入境），开放时间09:00–17:00。
要在允许停留期结束前申请，因为是否批准由移民官决定。延期指南里有材料和开放时间。
网上办理到底要花多少钱
入境管理局自己的电子延期要在1,900泰铢之外另加服务费。能等7个工作日是500泰铢，3天是1,500泰铢，次日是5,000泰铢。普通档合计2,400泰铢。免签入境者是否符合条件尚未确认，所以先向入境管理局确认。
代理报价都要和这些总额比一比，并且要把1,900泰铢的政府收费算进去。
哪些事可以托人办
90天报到可以请你授权的人提交，从到期日前15天到到期日后7天都可以。逾期报到必须本人到场。如果完全漏掉，罚款最高5,000泰铢，另按每天200泰铢加罚。90天报到指南里介绍了各种渠道。
TM.30是房东的报告，不是你的；TM.30指南里说明了回执。要出入境记录证明，可以由持委托书的受托人代办，需有你、律师和一名见证人签字的委托书，再加10泰铢的印花税票。
欺诈：要注意什么
曼谷一家签证咨询公司因假银行印章和数十份伪造文件被查处。那起案子涉及的是境外签证，不是泰国的延期印章，但它说明花钱让人做材料有风险。除签证费外，谁都不能正当地额外收钱，泰国领事馆也建议不要找未经授权的代理。
入境卡是另一个坑。官方TDAC是免费的，所以要警惕任何收取手续费的网站。

Visa Agent Recommendations Hi, I’m an Australian (51) living in Thailand long-term with my Myanmar wife. Her tourist visa was rejected (applied in Katmandu) so we’re stuck doing painful 2-weekly visa runs it looks like. Planning 1+ years here, so looking for a reputable visa agency to outsource this. Could qualify for retirement visa (Non-O), but prefer DTV once I land remote work (zero income now). Already applying for 6-month ED visa via The Camp Muay Thai, which buys some time for us to be in country while I slowly look for the right role. If anyone has had great experiences working with solid agencies based in Chiang Mai I would be super grateful to hear about them. I want to find a great visa agency to use long-term for all my Thai visa needs. Thanks!

Suggestion for your wife. For her, non-O as a spouse, would be when you have retirement or non-b. Not sure about when you have DTV, if your spouse will be eligible for non-O. Someone else will clarify it. If urgent, there are tons of Myanmar agent in Vientiane who will sort out things to get her 2 months tourist visa(single entry, as for multiple entry, it's only doable in own country or in countries with PR status). This 2 months visa will be extensible to 30 days when she's inside Thailand. These agents will quote 8k to 10k THB(yes, yes, I fucking hate these agents). If you can handle bank statements, inbount/outbound flight tickets, etc, the fees to Thailand embassy in Vientiane is just 1000 THB. And even with valid Visa, if your wife comes into Thailand from Laos, via bus, expect getting escorted into room, and trying to haggle. Those agents will corce your wife into going via bus, say "we have special contact", etc. If no prior multiple tourist visa use in last year, just use flight, to suvarnabhumi(not Don Mueang), get fast track(AOT has official partner websites) if can afford. For outbound flights, you can see which airlines provide cancellable tickets with some deduction/protection fees. And bring 20k THB in hand for her.

Lawyers are just expensive hand holders. I do the Non O marriage and work permit myself and have zero problems. Just make sure you have all the right docs, copies of everything and throw in some other docs just in case. Keep a checklist of all the “special” docs and use that checklist every time. What’s listed on the Immigration website is never the whole list so keep your own notes. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Then again, I have heard stories about the “Bitch of Chiangmai”. Is she still there?

It depends how your time is valued. When I used the agency I could walk in and out in five minutes. Yes it cost me 6K baht each time but it would save me losing half a day of work and have to deal with the whims of whoever was the officer at the time. That was worth more than 6K baht and the inconvenience to my clients.

Retirement visa agent price range What's an average price range for retirement visa services? I'm talking about the initial setup upon arrival on tourist visa, help with bank account and forms, etc. I'd be putting my own money in the bank.

Most visa agents do everything under the table and once you use an agent you can’t get off I recommend using an agent only to open a bank account, and then get the visa yourself

Not true. You can use an agent for the initial one year extension then do the 90 day reports yourself easily. You can also do the following year's renewal yourself easily. But if you want a hassle free renewal you can use an agent, and it does not need to be the same one you got your initial visa with.

My last renewal I was at immigration total of 90 minutes, done until next year. Retirement visas are not rocket science. I don't understand why people are paying an agent up to $1000 for this, is it because they are not otherwise qualified?

Well, I'm just some guy on the internet, so I'm no authority. But it seems like you have most of the essentials. If you don't use your bank account for daily transactions, then deposit something like 100 baht in your bank account, then have your bankbook updated to show this most recent transaction (some transactions take a few hours to appear with some banks). You'll also need to get an official account bank statement letter I think no more than 3 (5?) days before you apply. The bank manager will know exactly what letter you need if the regular staff don't. It may cost you a few baht for this letter. It is essential. I do all the bank stuff the morning of the same day I apply. Make sure your TM30 is up to date. Make photocopies of every passport page, and copies of everything else too. Sign the copies with a blue ink pen. Have your visa application form already filled out, photo in place, signed. Regardless, once you arrive at immigration they will hand you a couple more forms to fill out which are not on the official list of required forms, once those are filled out and signed they will give you a queue number. In my most recent case, they told me to come back 3 hours later when my number is up. I left and came back and it worked out perfectly. Last year they told me not to use my yellow book again, I am supposed to use the pink card in the future. So I went and got the pink card. This year they couldn't care less about the pink card, they only wanted the yellow book.
