Call the number on the ATM. They will let you know when they go to retrieve it and you can pick it up at the bank branch.

One thing to note is that when SuperRich, you need to have your physical passport with you. Oh Rich on the other hand accepts a photo of your passport which is nice.

When i had to pay the ATM fees i thought b200 was taking the P* just to use the machine .. but that's me. Fortunately it p* me off so much I got a thai bank savings account 15 years ago when it's was easy and free. Now i use Wise to convert euros to bahts and in 10 seconds or less I can get funds from EU to an ATM in Bangkok fee free and card free using my phone.

Much simpler to use an ATM than traveling to Super Rich. The yellow ones spit out 30,000 and unless you mistakenly allow dynamic currency conversion where it’s showing amounts in USD, you’ll get the good mid-market Visa/MC exchange rate. At the end of the trip, pay your hotel with excess baht and have them charge the rest to your credit card. I always do that and avoid converting money again.

There's already quite a few solutions. My Fidelity card reimburses me all ATM fees. Just checked and got $6.30 back from the last time I pulled money out here in Thailand. Also, I wouldn't call 220 baht exorbitant. And finally, consider the niche you're trying to compete in. You'd be going directly against financial institutions. Do you really expect to be able to build a product that's more competitive? This would be a massively expensive field to get into, the security and regulatory compliance alone would eat up tens of millions in capital. At this point you'd have to actively pay me to use your product as Fidelity refunds all of my fees so it costs me nothing to pull money out of ATMs. Plus I can pull directly out of my Fidelity trading account, even money sitting as cash position in there is earning north of 5% right now in their money market, that beats the hell out of most checking accounts. Not trying to shit on your idea - just I would never try to go compete against these billion dollar financial institutions. That's a losing game.
