Rules that catch parents out

  • Arrive on time: do not be more than 15 minutes late.

  • Children under 3 wear a swimming diaper and kids nappy. Children over 2 wear a swim cap and goggles, sold at the school.

  • Parents of children over 2.9 years old must observe the class.

  • Do not feed a child in the 30 minutes before class.

  • Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable, except to a sibling or cousin. A sick child keeps the quota with a medical certificate.

  • Rainy season: classes run when it rains, because the pool is indoors.

  • Parents who want a set course: a term is 10 lessons.

  • You want a pay-per-visit pool: fees are charged per 10-lesson term.

  • You are only in town for a few weeks: a term runs 10 weeks.
